Ontario is facing a problem with the long-term shortage of caregivers and nurses. This shortage creates a huge impact on the quality of care, staff can be overworked and this can lead to work burnout.

According to Ontario Long Term Care Home Association, "By 2029, Ontario long-term care homes will require at least 25,400 more nurses and personal support workers alone to meet increased hours of care and support residents in new long-term care spaces." and that is twice the size of current nursing and pesonal support worker workforce.

Knowing that Ontario has the lowest number of registered nurses per capita in the country, we understand the demand that many of our clients need, and we are actively seeking to recruit qualified staff and employees to meet the demand of the aging population of our community.
